Vona's Utils: RMIWrap: Driver for the remote test/demo.

This contacts TestImplServer running on host, acquires a remote reference to an object implementing TestAPI, and runs TestDriver.instanceMain(vona.rmi.rmiwrap.test.TestAPI) against that.

Usage: run-class TestDriverRemote //host/name
